Sean: guitars, singing, some keyboard, some drumming, songwriting.
Christopher Ellis: recorded and played various instruments on "Creature of Fancy" and "You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)."
Rodrigo Falcao: drums on "Blue Room."
Adam Horn: piano and synthesizer on "Terrible Sun."
Adrian Burrus: sound loops on "Terrible Sun."
Martell and Jarrett: live bass and drums, respectively.

Most of this was recorded during the Vancouver snowstorms of late 2008. However, "Creature of Fancy" was recorded in 2006 at Grave Level, "You Know My Name..." was recorded at Ellis and Adam's old house, and "Snowplough," "Sunday Night...," and "Saturday Night..." were recorded in my bedroom in Montreal.

"You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)" was written by The Beatles.
Caitlin wrote some of the words and melodies in "Terrible Sun."
